The hotel has a great location, close to Cavil Avenue and the beach, but the rooms need refurbishment and the noise level can disrupt sleep. The service is mixed, with some pleasant and helpful staff but others not so much. The dining offers a good variety but could be more appealing. Overall, the location is fantastic, rooms need updating, service is hit or miss, and dining is decent.

I had a wonderful stay at the hotel. The rooms were spacious with an ocean view and a lovely sea breeze, making them great for families. Though a bit firm in the 2 bedroom units, they were still very roomy. The service was exceptional, with staff going out of their way to ensure a family-friendly atmosphere. The location was perfect, within walking distance to everything needed. The dining experience was good, especially enjoying time at the pools. The facilities were top-notch, making my stay comfortable and memorable.
